Atel came recommended to me from a neighbour. When our hot water tank stopped working, I called Atel for service. Our service technician, Brad, was excellent, super friendly, highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help resolve our problem. He diagnosed the issue, showed me the broken part (heating coil) so I could understand what went wrong and thoroughly tested everything once repaired. Upon restarting the hot water tank, two peripheral valves connecting to my water furnace started to leak. Even though they were not part of the hot water tank, Brad replaced them for me free of charge. Because the tank had to be emptied, filled and re-heated to fully test everything, Brad ended up being here for almost three hours yet we were still only charged the $115 flat-rate for a service call (plus cost/labour for the heating coil).
For years Atel Air has taken care of all of my HVAC needs. Modern technology in a nearly 2 century old country home. The whole team is knowledgeable on everything from my gas furnace to AC to instant hot water system. Their work is always clean and efficient. Highly recommend.

The installation took place on time, on budget, it wrapped up when they said it would and I know they left the furnace room cleaner than it was when they got there!
